Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 14, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Seamless Ventures LLC, doing business as EVNT Booth (“EVNT Booth,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, and shares information when you visit our website, request a quote, book our photo and video booth services, or communicate with us by email, phone, or text message.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us
When you request availability or a quote, book an event, or contact us, we may collect:
- Contact details — name, email address, phone number, and company or organization name.
- Event details — event date, type, venue or city, estimated guest count, preferred booth experience, and any notes you share with us.
- Booking and billing details — information needed to prepare quotes, agreements, and invoices. Payments are processed by our third-party payment and booking providers; we do not store full payment card numbers on our systems.
- Communications — the content of emails, calls, and text messages you exchange with us.
Our quote request form is hosted by our client-management platform, Bloom (portal.evntbooth.com). Information you enter there is collected on our behalf and stored by that provider.
Information collected automatically
When you visit our website, we and our service providers may automatically collect technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring website, approximate location (city or region), and the date and time of your visit. This is collected using cookies, pixels, and similar technologies described in Section 3.
Information from guests at events
When guests use a booth at an event, the booth captures photos and videos and may collect the phone number or email address a guest enters to receive their photos. See Section 6.
2. How we use information
- Respond to inquiries, check date availability, and prepare quotes.
- Plan, deliver, and support the events you book, including coordinating with your venue or planner.
- Send booking confirmations, agreements, invoices, reminders, and other service messages by email or text.
- Deliver event photos and videos to guests and provide online event galleries.
- Operate, maintain, secure, and improve our website and services.
- Understand how visitors use our website and measure the effectiveness of our advertising.
- Show you relevant advertising on other websites and platforms (see Section 3).
- Comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
3. Cookies, analytics & advertising
We use, or may use, the following tools on our website. These tools place cookies or similar technologies in your browser and collect information about your visit:
- Google Analytics — helps us understand how visitors find and use our website. Learn more at How Google uses information from sites that use its services.
- Google Ads — helps us measure ad performance and show our ads to people who have visited our website (remarketing).
- Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram) — helps us measure ad performance and show our ads to people who have visited our website or who share similar interests.
These providers may combine information collected on our website with information they collect elsewhere, according to their own privacy policies. We do not sell your personal information for money. However, sharing website activity with advertising partners for targeted advertising may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information under some state laws. You can opt out as described below and in Section 8.
Your choices
- Browser settings: Most browsers let you block or delete cookies. Blocking cookies may affect how some websites work.
- Google: Manage ad personalization at Google Ad Settings, or install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
- Meta: Manage ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram account settings under “Ad preferences.”
- Industry opt-outs: Visit YourAdChoices (DAA) or the Network Advertising Initiative.
Do Not Track: There is no uniform industry standard for “Do Not Track” browser signals, and our website does not currently respond to them.
4. Text messaging (SMS)
If you provide your mobile number and agree to receive text messages from EVNT Booth, we may send you messages about your inquiry, quote, booking, event logistics, payment reminders, and customer support. Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and event. Message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out: Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. We will send one final message confirming your opt-out.
- Help: Reply HELP for help, or email us at contact@evntbooth.com.
- Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any service.
- Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Information may be shared only with service providers that help us deliver text messages on our behalf (such as our messaging and client-management platforms), and they may not use it for their own marketing.
Phone numbers that event guests enter at a booth to receive their photos are used only to deliver those photos and are not added to our marketing lists.
5. How we share information
We share personal information only as described here:
- Service providers who perform services on our behalf, such as our client-management and booking platform (Bloom), payment processing, email and text-message delivery, photo gallery hosting, website hosting, and analytics and advertising providers. They may use the information only to provide services to us, except as described in Section 3.
- Event partners such as your venue, planner, or event host, when needed to deliver your booked services.
- Event hosts — photos and videos taken at an event may be shared with the client who booked that event and made available in that event’s gallery.
- Legal and safety reasons — to comply with law, legal process, or government requests, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of EVNT Booth, our clients, or others.
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or part of our business.
- With your consent or at your direction.
6. Event photos & videos
Photos and videos captured by our booths are delivered to guests (for example, by text or email) and may be stored in an online gallery for the event. Gallery access is controlled by the client who booked the event, and galleries may be viewable by anyone with the link.
We may use event photos or videos in our portfolio or marketing only as permitted by the client’s rental agreement. If you appear in a photo or video and would like it removed from our gallery or marketing, contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to remove it.
7. Data retention & security
We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide our services, maintain business and tax records, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Event galleries are kept for 12 months after the event unless the client requests otherwise. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your choices & privacy rights
You may contact us at any time to:
- Ask what personal information we have about you, or request a copy.
- Correct inaccurate information.
- Request that we delete your information.
- Opt out of targeted advertising and any “sale” or “sharing” of personal information.
- Unsubscribe from marketing emails (using the link in the email) or text messages (reply STOP).
Depending on where you live — including California, Oregon, and other states with consumer privacy laws — you may have additional rights under applicable law. To make a request, contact us using the details in Section 11. We will need to verify your identity before completing certain requests, and you may use an authorized agent where the law allows. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.
9. Children’s privacy
Our website and booking services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through our website. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it. Guests of any age may appear in photos at events booked by our clients; those photos are handled as described in Section 6.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be posted on this page before they take effect.
